I am here to help empower you to discover and listen to your own inner-wisdom, your body, and your heart.

No. The consultation (which is completely confidential) is a way for us to get to know each other, for me to hear your story, and for us to decide together if we would be a good fit. I have many incredible colleagues that I will refer clients to if I think they will be better served with a different coach or a therapist. 

Working together means that you are ready to commit to get to work! We start with a 90 minute session (either in person or Google Meet) where we will discuss everything you are looking to get from our time together. We unearth your wants, your needs, your goals, and I work with you to get a clear picture of what you are trying to achieve. From there I build a 10 week, pliable, individualized program. We meet weekly for 60 minutes for the next 10 weeks. During this time we create small, achievable goals and I support you through the process of achieving them!

I specialize in holistic approaches to managing pain and illness, combining conventional strategies with mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments.
