Jessica Proulx is the Co-Founding director of Direct Path Institute and is a 20-year veteran Yoga, Meditation, and Eastern Philosophy teacher. She was the founding director of The OM Center and has been a lead teacher on dozens of Yoga and meditation teacher training programs over the last 12 years. She has facilitated retreats in the US, Central America, and Southeast Asia and leads training programs across the globe. In recent years she has focused on movement, meditation, trauma, and the nervous system. She is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher from the Kripalu School of Yoga & Health and has studied with countless teachers throughout her career. Jess excels in group facilitation, public speaking, and working with students and clients on personal and professional growth.
